Is the time to remember,
All those who fought, 
In the two great wars.
Poppies, the emblem,
Reminds us to remember,
All the soldiers that fought to protect,
Their country,
Their home.
Wherever they were then,
Wherever we are now,
We will remember them.

On the 11th day of the 11th month,
That is the time to remember,

Poppies, the flowers,
That grew in the battlefields,
At the end of the First World War,
We wear them apron our chests,
To remind us,

Tumbling, swerving, playing,

Pushing, wrestling, moving,
Rocks and trees out of my path,
To the colossal, turquoise ocean.
My watery path, many creatures,
Thrive in,

Play in.
Yet sometimes,
I find I get trash,
Litter,
And even sewage in my currents.

That,
Kills,
Everything.
And I can not stop it.
But my currents will always continue,
Tumbling, swerving, playing,
Pushing, wrestling, moving,
That’s the life of a river.

Look on the bright side,
The bright side of life.

Look on the bright side,
The bright side of ev-ery-thing,
And it will make your life happi-er,
And you will find more pos-it-ives,
Than when you look for the neg-a-tives.
And you might have growth mindset.
